About Manufacturer Warranties

If you need a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product purchased from RedBox or a seller, please contact the manufacturer or visit their website for more information.

In some cases, you may be able to access the warranty information from the product's detail page on RedBox.


After the applicable return period has expired, your item might still be eligible for exchange or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. To determine if your item is eligible for a warranty return, review the paperwork that came with the merchandise or contact the manufacturer. Please note that, in order for some items to be eligible for warranty coverage, some manufacturers require the item to be purchased from an authorized dealer. RedBox and other sellers may not be an authorized dealer for all items they sell. If you are in doubt, you can check with the product’s manufacturer for a list of authorized dealers.

 

About Product Recalls

When we're notified that an item needs to be recalled, we stop selling the item, and e-mail customers who have purchased the item with the manufacturer's contact information and directions regarding the recall. If you have a specific question regarding a product recall, please contact the product manufacturer directly. For RedBox-owned brands, please contact RedBox Customer Service.
